Dr. Michael Lin specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of
skin cancers of all kinds and offers medical and surgical treatment options, including
Mohs' surgery for basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma. He can also diagnose and treat melanoma skin cancer, which can be potentially deadly if not detected early. To detect melanomas early, our office is one of the few offices in Southern California to provide Digital Total Body Imaging. Ultimately, if surgery is needed, Dr. Lin performs his surgeries at MD Surgical Solutions Surgery Center, which is an AAAHC and Medicare-certified surgery center adjacent to the Sherman Oaks office.

About Dr. Lin
Dr. Michael Lin is a California-licensed physician and board-certified dermatologist. He is a Clinical Instructor at UCLA, Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine, USC, Diplomat of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Medical Association, a staff member of Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center and and Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery.
Dr. Lin has published many papers, lectured to audiences all over the United States and Canada and is constantly asked to provide expertise in diagnosis and treatment of every type of skin disorder.
Dr Lin is also the founder of LINAGE Dermatology Institute, specializing in cosmetic dermatology and LINAGE skin care products, for at home maintenance programs.
With offices in Sherman Oaks, Santa Clarita and City of Industry California, Dr. Lin interacts with patients on a daily basis, who have come to know and trust him with all of their skin care concerns.
